Our After-sales Service Department's professional team covers the Ontario, Quebec and Maritimes provinces. They work consistently and tirelessly in order to offer you unparalleled service and satisfaction.

To request a service call and to enable us to respond as quickly as possible, please proceed as follow :

1. Make your service call request to your nearest Martin
distributor

2. Explain the reason for the service call and ask him to
fill out a service call form.

3. It is very important we have the following information:

• Your complete address and your telephone numbers
  (residential and workplace)
• The invoice reference or product serial number.
• A detailed description of the work requested for the
  service call
• A full description of your product
  

 

Make sure that your request is not the result of faulty installation.

Once our After-Sales Service Department has received all the necessary information, our team will promptly see to your request. Either your distributor or our After-sales Service Department will contact you to set up an appointment.
